SBK Tech Ventures Invests US$7.1Mn in Six Startups

SBK Tech Ventures has disclosed its investment in six Bangladeshi startups, totaling US$7.1Mn. The investments, finalized in the second quarter of this year, saw the fund providing US$1.5Mn each to artificial intelligence startup Markopolo and mobility startup Jatri, US$1.1Mn to climatetech startup Solshare, and US$1Mn each to agritech startup Fashol, healthcare startup Arogga, and edtech startup 10 Minute School.

The fund has stated its intention to continue investing in Bangladesh, aiming to prioritize gender-lens investing and climate tech initiatives.
